Reasons for girl smocked dresses become must have item in the wardrobe (part 1)

Saying smocked dresses are our life may be over exaggeration, but it’s close to that. I personally think that there are a lot of other mothers out there who share the love for all things smocked. Here are some reasons to prove my point of view.
